What to do next

Contact our Business Development Department to discuss your specific needs and we will draw up a plan and provide a quotation for your approval.  Once a service plan is agreed we will contact you two weeks before a scheduled service to book a slot.

What about urgent repairs?

Whilst regular checks, maintenance and servicing should realise trouble free use of your equipment and tools, we all know that unforeseen issues may need urgent attention.  So, what do you do?

  • Call us on………………….
  • Tell us your problem.
  • We can schedule an engineer to journey to site to evaluate your equipment or we can arrange collection and delivery to our workshop through our trusted transport partners, but you will need to palletise safely and securely or package.
  • Book an appointment to drop your equipment at our Service Centre.
  • We will inspect, dismantle (where necessary) and provide a comprehensive report (with video/photo footage) to identify problems, cause and how to rectify with all associated costs for you to approve.

Once you have accepted/approved will ask you to provide a purchase order and agree payment terms (subject to credit account status).  Turnaround for repairs is 3 to 5 working days subject to availability of parts and accessories.
