Cancellations and Returns The Customer may not cancel orders once accepted by The Preparation Group. The Preparation Group may, at its discretion and in writing, allow an order to be cancelled subject to The Preparation Group recovering from the customer the cost incurred by The Preparation Group. Cancellation The customer may only return products to The Preparation Group, and receive a credit note or refund on the following conditions: • The customer must contact The Preparation Group and obtain the prior consent of The Preparation Group and obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork). • Return must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation). Products must be returned to The Preparation Group in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for resale. • The Customer must follow any specific instructions which appear in this website or with any product regarding its return to The Preparation Group. • The Customer must quote the invoice details or The Preparation Group reference number on The Preparation Group’s Returns form from the original despatch note, otherwise the credit will be based upon the lowest sales price. • For products returned due to Customer error or no longer required and returned in accordance with (i) – (ii) above a handling charge will be applied. This handling charge is set out in The Preparation Groups website. • Where the Customers returns products to The Preparation Group not in accordance with (i) – (iii) above (For example, after 30 days from the date of despatch or in the an unfit state) The Preparation Group will refuse delivery and return the products at the Customers expense or may apply a handling charge which relates to the actual cost of reprocessing (subject to the minimum charge set out in The Preparation Group website. This returns policy excludes, calibrate products, non website products and specially manufactured products. The Preparation Group accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit or for any items received by The Preparation Group with them. Products to be returned to The Preparation Group must be adequately packaged and despatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to: Customer Returns Department The Preparation Group, Deacon Road, Lincoln, LN2 4JB using the address label on the reverse of the despatch note.
