PPC Qualify First NVQ Apprentices – Oct 10
After working extensively with FeRFA and lobbying over the last 7 years in order to gain recognition for Surface Preparation as a specialist skill area, The Preparation Group is proud to announce that four of its employees are the first in the industry to achieve their qualifications for the 'To Prepare and Profile Substrates' NVQ level 2. The successful candidates are Jamie Williams, John Denton, Levi Cross and Paul Lynch.
Says Tracey Glew The Preparation Group's Managing Director, 'We are committed to training. We produced modules for the NVQ qualification in order to benefit the flooring industry and to further enhance the badge of quality. Our Training Director John Glew, was also the first certified assessor for the NVQ.'

The Preparation Group's contracting division is the largest in the U.K and, with a 40 strong team of equipment operatives, the company is working towards a fully trained workforce by the end of 2011.
