	Investors in People is the National Standard which sets a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve their business goals.

	Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
	CSCS provides customers with the confidence that personnel are trained to recognise industry standards and the reassurance that they are using a professional organisation.

	FeRFA
	FeRFA is the driving force in setting European and National standards for the manufactures and application of Resin Flooring Systems. The Preparation Group is an associate member supporting the objectives and aims of the industry.

	The Preparation Group won FeRFA's TRAINER OF THE YEAR 2008 award for continuous commitment to training, development of staff and training achievements. We are recognised as setting standards in the industry.

	CFA
	The Contract Flooring Association was formed in 1973 by the amalgamation of three small flooring associations with the aim of promoting the flooring industry. The Preparation Group is a member supporting the objectives and aims of the industry.

	FTA
	The Freight Transport Association is one of the largest trade associations in the U.K. representing the transport interests of some 12,000 companies.
